At Zarriod, we build software products that respect our users. We are an indie development studio committed to providing tools that protect your visual and mental spaces while safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information across our website and mobile applications.
1. General Philosophy
Our core engineering motto is: What happens on your device, stays on your device. Wherever possible, our applications operate entirely offline, avoiding central cloud components or server tracking databases. We believe in building utilities, not data silos.
📦 Product Privacy: PickVault for Android
PickVault is a utility app designed to help users track and evaluate their planned purchases. Our privacy structure for PickVault is absolute:
- Offline Storage: All collection records, budget plans, price entries, notes, and photos added to PickVault are stored locally on your Android device in a secure SQLite structure. No information is transmitted to external servers.
- Zero Permissions: PickVault does not request permission to access your contacts, camera roll, device storage, location coordinates, or phone network status. It runs in a self-contained sandbox.
- No Trackers or Ads: The application contains zero advertising frameworks, third-party software development kits (SDKs), or user telemetry platforms. Your shopping list remains fully private.
2. Website Browsing
When you visit the Zarriod studio landing website (zarriod.github.io):
- No Analytics Cookies: We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies or trackers. We do not use Google Analytics or marketing pixels.
- Server Access Logs: Our website is hosted using GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect basic access details (such as IP addresses, web browser types, page requests, and request dates) to ensure server stability, system security, and DDoS protection. This data is handled in accordance with GitHub’s Privacy Statement.
- Contact Form: If you voluntarily send a message using our contact form, we collect your Name, Email, and the Message text. We use this information solely to respond to your queries. We will never sell, lease, or share your contact records with third parties.
3. Third-Party Links & Services
Our services and pages contain links to external app deployment systems (such as Apple's App Store, Google Play, or Uptodown). If you click these links to download our applications, your usage is subject to the terms and privacy conditions of those platforms respectively.
4. Children’s Privacy
Because our applications operate locally and collect no personal information, our services do not gather, store, or process information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided contact information through our contact form, please email us, and we will purge the message immediately.

We may update our Privacy Policy as we expand our product catalog or adjust hosting providers. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date.
