• We do not host or back up your local databases. If you uninstall the application or lose your physical device, your stored logs are permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to maintain device backups.
• Our utilities are provided completely free of charge. We reserve the right to alter features, pause updates, or modify distribution sites (such as App Store, Google Play, and Uptodown) at any time without prior notification.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Zarriod does not warrant that:

• The services will operate uninterrupted, secure, or free of software errors.
• Any software bugs identified will be corrected immediately.
• The results obtained from using our apps will always meet your expectations.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Zarriod, its developers, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our applications or website.
• Accidental loss of data, corrupted local databases, or hardware failures.
• Any issues resulting from downloading APK packages from third-party distribution stores (e.g., Uptodown, App Store, Google Play).
